1. Introduction
Welcome to the Nexus browser. Nexus Nexus is developed and operated by the Nexus team. The purpose of this user service agreement is to clarify your rights and obligations with US and to regulate your use of the Nexus services. Please read this protocol carefully before using Nexus. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, please do not use the Nexus service.
2. User Registration and account management

Users should comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not use Nexus services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the distribution of illegal content, infringement of intellectual property rights of others, cyberattacks, etc. .

Users should not abuse the Nexus service, including but not limited to maliciously signing up for multiple accounts, using automated tools to perform malicious actions, or interfering with the normal operation of the Nexus. We have the right to restrict or terminate the service for users who abuse the service.

Users are responsible for the data they store or transmit on the Nexus. We recommend that users back up important data on a regular basis to prevent data loss or corruption. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of data due to user's own fault.

5. Our responsibilities and rights

Termination of service
If you violate any of the terms of this agreement, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of the Nexus service without notice. We do not accept any loss caused by the termination of service.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 ownership
All content on Nexus, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, audio, video, software code, etc. , is owned by us or its licensors and is protected by Intellectual Property Law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the content of the Nexus without our express written permission.
6.2 user content
The content (bookmarks, browsing history, etc.) generated while using the Nexus service is owned by the user. Users agree to grant us a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, store, and display this content in the course of providing the service.
Exemption clauses
7.1 interruption of services
We do not guarantee that the Nexus service will not be interrupted by a technical failure, network problem, or other force majeure. We are not liable for any loss caused by the interruption of service.
7.2 third party services
Nexus may integrate with third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the quality, security or legality of third party services. When using third-party services, users should comply with the third-party terms of service and privacy policy.

8. Dispute settlement

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America for the purpose of its formation, implementation and interpretation and the settlement of disputes.

In case of any dispute between the user and US, both parties shall first settle it through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may bring an action against the People's Court in the jurisdiction of the location.
